Delivery and Returns Policy


Once your order has been processed we will despatch the goods as quickly as possible. If we receive your order on a none working day or bank holiday, the goods will be despatched on the next available working day.

We use the Royal Mail postal services to deliver our goods. Depending on the size of parcel, quantity and value of goods shipping will be via either Royal Mail 2nd class or 2nd class signed for and tracked. Where a trackable service is used to deliver your order, we will inform of such and provide you with the details. Which ever method is used we will send you a confirmation email informing you that the goods are in transit and an estimated time of delivery which will be within 30 days after the day in which we accept your order.

We currently offer FREE shipping for orders in the UK, this can be seen at checkout when placing an order online. This is subject to change and we reserve the right to do so in the future, we will inform you accordingly.


If your purchases which have been supplied correctly by us, are unsuitable, unwanted or you have simply changed your mind and you wish to return them to us the following conditions below will apply:

Purchases returned for refund must be unused. All goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel your order or return goods before any return is made, you can contact us via email, phone or post quoting your order details and its reference no. You may wish to use the model cancellation form found at end of T&Cs.

Goods must be returned within 14 working days after notifying us of cancellation of order.

Your return should include proof of purchase, your contact details, name, address and phone number, and any order reference numbers for online orders. It would be helpful if you would tell us why you wish to return the product or goods, this would help us to improve our product or service, however this is not obligatory.

All carriage charges incurred for unsuitable or unwanted returns correctly supplied by us will be at your expense.

For incorrectly supplied goods, you should notify us of such before returning them. We will either offer to exchange for correct goods as per original order or refund accordingly. We will reimburse any costs incurred by you in this instance only.

When returning goods by post they should be suitably packaged for the method of return carriage. We will not accept any responsibility for damage caused by your returns carrier.
